Fundraiser Status

The Fundraiser Status section provides a real-time overview of your school’s fundraising progress. It tracks progress toward your profit goal, total orders, and parent and support engagement, giving Flower Managers a clear picture of how the campaign is performing. This live snapshot helps drive momentum, recognize top performers, and identify areas where additional outreach or support may be needed to reach the fundraising goal.

    Fundraiser Status is updated automatically every day at 4:00 AM EST, ensuring you always have the latest data on participation and progress.
     
  2. Task Manager
    The Task Manager is your go-to tool for staying on track and ensuring your flower sale runs smoothly. It provides a clear list of actions that will guide you through the process, step by step, helping you stay organized and focused on making your sale a success.

    Throughout the sale, you’ll receive helpful email reminders highlighting tasks that need your attention. These messages are designed to keep you informed and ensure you’re always aware of what’s next, making it easier for you to manage your responsibilities effectively.

    Once you’ve completed a task, simply let your Customer Growth Manager (CGM) know. They’ll update the system to mark it as complete, which helps us manage timing for certain key activities and ensures everything stays on schedule. Keeping tasks updated is a small but crucial part of the process that keeps the whole operation running smoothly.
     
  3. Parent Registration
    Shows how many families have registered compared to the total expected. A higher percentage means stronger participation and greater fundraising potential.
     
  4. Parent to Supporter Ratio
    This ratio shows how many supporters each registered parent has. A healthy target is 1 parent to 2 supporters, indicating that parents are actively sharing their store links and driving engagement.
     
  5. Profit Goal
    The profit goal represents the fundraising target set for your school. It helps track how much profit has been earned from sales and how close you are to reaching your goal.
     
  6. Total Orders 
    This section shows how many orders have been placed and the average number of items per order.
     
  7. Registered Students
    This metric shows the percentage of students linked to registered parents, based on the total student count set by the Flower Manager. It helps measure student participation and overall engagement in the fundraiser.
     
  8. Registered Not Purchased
    Displays the percentage of registered parents and supporters who haven’t placed an order yet. Highlights opportunities for follow-up and reminders to help increase participation and drive sales.
