Lost Parents / Supporters

Parents or supporters who try to access the store without using a signup link will be directed to a registration screen. From there, they can choose to register as either a parent or a supporter and complete the signup process to continue.
 

Lost Parent Journey

Parents who begin registration from this screen will follow the same path as those using the parent signup link, ensuring a consistent and seamless registration experience.
 

Lost Supporter Journey

The journey for lost supporters is slightly different. First, we need to know who you are—enter your email address so we can connect you with the correct parent and ensure your support is properly tracked.
 

Connect to a Parent

Next, you’ll be asked to connect to a parent. Use the search field to find the parent you want to support, then click Support Parent to continue.

Congratulations—you’re now connected to a parent. You can access the store to browse if the sale hasn’t started, or shop if the sale is live.
