Supporter Journey

The supporter journey begins when someone receives a store link from a registered parent. By clicking the link, supporters are taken directly to the online store connected to that student. From there, they can browse products and place an order—no registration required. Each purchase is automatically credited to the student linked to the store. The process is quick, simple, and designed to make supporting the fundraiser as easy as possible.

Supporter Confirmation

The first screen a supporter sees is a confirmation page. Once they’ve verified they’re supporting the correct parent and student, they can click “Sounds Great, Let’s Go” to continue. 

If they want to support a different family, they can click “Oops, Wrong Parent” and use the search field to find the correct parent to support.

Supporter Email Address

Supporters are connected to the parent through their email address, so be sure to enter a valid email to ensure support is properly tracked. After submitting your email, you can access the store—to browse if the sale hasn’t started, or to shop if the sale is live.
