The welcome message is designed to kick off your sale. This message should be sent to parents around 2 weeks before the sale is scheduled to start to give them time to register their students. You are given a generic message that we encourage you to personalize. Adding things like the reason you are raising money or what the impact of this sale will look like for the students can help drive more parent engagement.

Need Help?

  1. UID – If left empty, a value will be automatically generated. You can also enter your own.
  2. Name – This is the title that will appear in your Manage Communication list view.
  3. Subject Line – Enter a custom subject line for your email.
  4. Email Body – Write a new message to send to parents and supporters. Use the legend to explore Dynamic Email Fields you can add to personalize your email.
  5. Legend – A list of Dynamic Email Fields that can be used to personalize your emails.
  6. Cancel – Discards any changes made since opening this screen.
  7. Save & Preview – Save your changes and view a preview of your email.
