Dynamic Email Fields

Dynamic Email Fields are placeholder tags that automatically populate with personalized or context-specific information when an email is sent. They allow you to customize each message without manually editing individual emails.
 

Organization:
%AccountName% - e.g. Welcome to Organization Name.
%AccountNamePlural% - e.g You are supporting Organization Name's sale.

Parent:
%ParentFirstName% - e.g. Hi John,
%ParentFullName% - e.g. Dear John Doe,
%ParentFullNamePlural% - e.g. You are supporting John Doe's sale.
%StudentNames% - e.g. Every purchase helps Jack & Diane reach their goal.

Parent Links:
%ParentPortalLink% - A one-time use link is sent to parents to view their fundraising progress.
%ParentStoreLink% - e.g. /parent-signup_/t12345/p32145-john-doe
%ParentSignupLink% - The parent signup page e.g. /parent-signup (Parent Journey Step 1)
