Manage Orders

The Manage Orders section provides a complete list of all parent and supporter orders linked to the fundraiser. It’s useful for checking if a specific customer has ordered and viewing their purchase details. You’ll also see which parent each order is connected to, along with key order information like quantities, totals, and order status—all in one convenient place.

Modifications to the order such as cancellations cannot be made in this screen, they will be made by contacting your Flower Administrator.

Need Help?

  1. Search Customer Orders – Search for orders by typing at least two letters of the customer’s name. This helps quickly locate specific orders within the list.
  2. Add Cash and Check Orders – Manually enter cash and check orders directly from the Manage Orders screen to ensure all sales are accurately tracked and included in fundraiser totals.

  3. View – Allows you to view the full details of an order and print a receipt if needed.

  4. /site_files/content/icons/manual-order-icon.svg – This icon next to the price indicates a Manual Order. 

  5. Void Order – Orders with a red background have been voided by your Flower Administrator and are no longer included in fundraiser totals.

  6. Incomplete Order – Manual orders appear in yellow if they haven’t been completed and will be listed at the bottom of the orders list. Click Edit to finish entering the required details and complete the order process.

  7. Export Parent List - Download a CSV file of parent information. The list only includes parents with orders. If no phone number is provided, this means it is a manual order or the parent did not place an order but had supporters who did.
