Create Order
- Parent Record Found – Displays the parent’s information along with an option to update the record by clicking the Update Parent Record button.
- Add Supporter – Enter the supporter’s information to identify who placed the order. This ensures the order is properly tracked and credited.
- Add Student(s) – Enter the student’s first name and teacher’s name, then click the plus (+) button to add the student to the order.
- Add Product(s) – Use the product dropdown to select an item, enter the quantity, and click the plus (+) button to add it to the order. Each product only needs to be added once—adjust the quantity as needed. Once selected, the product will no longer appear in the dropdown menu.
Complete Order
After adding all products, click Complete Order to finalize the purchase. Once the order is placed, it cannot be edited.
