Manage Parents

This screen allows you to quickly view and edit the information submitted by parents. You can also invite a new parent directly from your dashboard. Since both the name and email are provided by the parent, this screen is primarily used to verify a parent’s registration or to correct minor errors such as typos in names or email addresses.

Need Help?

  1. Add New Parent – Opens a quick email invite using your default email client, with a prewritten message and parent signup link. Use this to assist a lost parent or to resend the registration link to a parent who may have missed or deleted the original email.
  2. Edit – Allows you to update a parent’s first name, last name, and email address.

  3. Delete – Removes the parent’s record.
