Manage Pickups

This screen allows you to generate and distribute Delivery Day reports. Two main reports can be created here: the Pick List, which helps volunteers organize and gather orders, and the Distribution List, which shows which parents are receiving which orders. These tools ensure a smooth and accurate pickup process on delivery day.

Need Help?

  1. Print Pick List – Generates a PDF of all pick lists for parents.

  2. Print Distribution List – Generates a PDF of all distribution lists for parents.

  3. Email – Sends a PDF of each parent’s distribution list via email.

  4. Pick List – Used by delivery day volunteers to separate orders for quick parent pickup.

  5. Distribution List – Used by parents to view a detailed breakdown of their order, including what each individual supporter purchased. This helps with organizing and distributing items accurately.
