Manage Prizes

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRIZES: Credit for prizes will be divided evenly between multiple students registered under the same parent. If a level 1 prize is awarded at 5 items sold and you have 2 students registered, a total of 10 items need to be sold for each student to receive their level 1 prize.

The Manage Prizes screen will contain all provided incentives, and give you the option to add additional incentives provided by your organization as well. Prizes can be configured to be awarded based off of the following criteria:

Need Help?

  1. Threshold
Threshold is the minimum needed to be awarded a prize.

  2. Prize Type
Individual - Awarded to one member when the threshold is reached.
    ■ Usually lower tier to achieve. (e.g. Sell 5 items and get a lily bulb)

Group - Awarded to everyone in the organization or specific grouping(class) when the threshold is reached
    ■ Usually a higher tier to achieve. (e.g. If we sell 500 items as a group we will have a pizza party.)

  3. Attribution
Attribution allows you to select the metric that you want this prize to report on.
    ■ Units - Number of items sold.
    ■ Revenue - Amount of money raised.
    ■ Connections - The total number of supporters who have registered using a parent’s store link.

  TIPS:
The combination of Prize Type and Attribution gives you a robust tool to start incentivising your members based on the metrics that are readily available to you. Provided prizes are normally designed to increase member/parent engagement and will typically be tied to units. Custom Prizes can be used for things like hitting an overall group goal or to incentivize getting the link to your sale shared by parents. Your Flower Admin has a list of low or no cost incentives that can be used for custom prizes to help further incentivise your sale.
